Gigantica is the largest of its kind and can carry up to 30 people.

What is it? A Guinness World Record, Gigantica is the largest gas balloon in the world with a lifting capacity of 8.5 tons. It is an amusement ride, billboard and landmark all in one.

Gigantica will introduce 20,000 -30,000 guests a year to lighter than air flight.

Shrouded in mystery to create anticipation, this Colossal will spring to life as a welcoming beacon to all who visit Colorado. Like a circus big top, Gigantica will lure with wonder and astonishment as it puts on its daily magic show.

Where is it?

ARTIST RENDITION OF Gigantica OVER DENVER

Gigantica will be visible from most anywhere in Denver. Including Television coverage during sporting events, daily commuters on I-25 and I-70, and city cams from TV stations.

Aerostat Park near Downtown Denver will be its home. The balloon will be tethered to the earth and allowed to rise to 500 to 1000 ft above the city. The contrast between the urban buildings and the delicate balloon will highlight the balloons uniqness.

From opening day on, views from Gigantica will be second to none, from Horse Tooth rock in Fort Collins to Pikes Peak down in Colorado Springs. Sneak a peak at Broncos Football in the fall, Avalanche Hockey and Nuggets Basketball in the winter and Rockies Baseball in the summer.
